1. Parties

These Terms describe use of the content provided by Gabriel de Carvalho Mendonça, Delphin MKT (“we”, “our”, “us”), the identified website and content provider for The Manuscript of Miracles. See the Imprint / Legal Notice for full identification. Digistore24 is the authorized reseller and contractual seller for your purchase, under the entity and transaction terms identified in your checkout and order receipt.

2. Nature of Service

The Manuscript of Miracles is a collection of three English-language PDF e-books offered for US$37 as a one-time purchase: The Manuscript of Miracles, 30-Day Prayer & Reflection Companion, and Faith, Gratitude & Stewardship Workbook. The main e-book contains 30 pages and 20 Hebrew-letter-inspired spiritual entries; the companion contains 33 pages and 30 daily Christian prayer sessions; the workbook contains 14 pages and 12 worksheets. Delivery is by email to the address used for purchase. The collection focuses on spiritual reading, prayer, gratitude, and responsible stewardship. It is digital content only, not an app, physical product, coaching service, or subscription. A PDF reader is required.

The materials are contemporary original devotional content, not an ancient manuscript or authenticated revelation. They do not guarantee miracles, wealth, healing, or any specific result, and are not a substitute for medical, financial, legal, mental-health, or other professional advice.

3. License of Use

• Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may download and store the materials for your personal use.
• You may not resell, distribute, share publicly, or make the materials available to third parties.

4. User Obligations

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to misuse, copy, or redistribute the content without permission.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your purchase and access credentials.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse-engineering, copying, or creating derivative works of the content.
• Sharing access, login links, or download files with others.
• Using the Service in a way that violates laws or infringes rights of others.

6. Refunds

All materials, text, graphics, files, and digital content provided within the Service are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of The Manuscript of Miracles. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of results or outcomes. While we aim to provide accurate information, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Manuscript of Miracles shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Individual results vary. No specific outcomes are promised.

10. Digistore24 as Reseller

All purchases are processed through Digistore24, which acts as reseller of the product. The applicable entity is identified in your checkout and order receipt. 11. Termination

We may revoke access to the Service if these Terms are violated, including unauthorized distribution or misuse of the materials.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under applicable laws of your country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
